What we do

Report on the UN. Bring students inside it. Bridge those who work with it.

Program 01

Envoy Magazine

Our flagship publication.

Envoy Magazine reports on the United Nations and its agencies — climate change, peace and security, sustainable development, human rights, and the diplomacy that shapes our shared future. It reaches the UN community first, and an international readership beyond it. Editorial independence is not a slogan; it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Program 02

Students at the UN

The next generation, in the room.

We open the doors of the United Nations Correspondents Association room to university students. They meet the working journalists who report on global diplomacy every day — hearing what the job actually looks like, and what UN journalism can be. A recent session welcomed ten students from Boston University in conversation with Envoy's editorial board.

Program 03

A Bridge for NGOs

Amplifying civil society at the UN.

Nonprofits and civil-society organizations do the work that governments cannot always do alone. UNEMAG connects NGOs to the UN press corps and Envoy's international readership — so that the reporting reaches decision-makers, and so that the stories that matter are not lost in translation.
